The purpose of the Final Pack team is to pack toys of the highest quality, maintain operational momentum, and ensure our team's integrity to bring joy to future builders.

We work collaboratively, focusing on our main customers: Planning, Shipping, and Warehouse.

Core Responsibilities
  • Promote employee integrity through security tools.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS).
  • Maintain production plan fulfillment and optimize resources.
  • Implement and monitor the training plan.
  • Track area KPIs for compliance.
  • Participate in deploying business strategies.
  • Manage HR processes (IDP, Merit, PRP).
  • Create a work environment aligned with organizational values (PULSE).
  • Address problems through root cause analysis and continuous improvements.
  • Implement and manage the QEHS System effectively.
  • Allocate resources for QEHS management.
  • Lead and support QEHS initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with QEHS legal and internal standards.
Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Production Leader; a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams, with strong decision-making skills and a commitment to fostering inclusion.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; capable of building relationships at local and global levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration skills, a proactive service attitude, and high ethical standards.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic decision-making capabilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with safety and quality management systems.
  • Language: Intermediate English proficiency for professional communication in a global environment.
