POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for supervising associates to accomplish department and organizational objectives. Encourages continual growth in associates regarding business knowledge and facilitates continuous improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.
2. Communicates company policies and objectives and fosters two-way communication.
3. Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations.
4. Establishes and maintains effective communication.
5. Supports company policies and objectives and promotes a union-free environment.
6. Communicates to customers any changes made in the planning and/or commitments related to present open orders.
7. Schedules all present priorities to the shop floor associates and follows up through completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 3-5 years of combined experience as a supervisor in the present line of work.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
