LMI Aerospace, a leading supplier of structural sheet metal components and assemblies to the aerospace industry, is looking for a Production Supervisor for their Mexicali B.C. facility. This position reports to the Ops Manager.

The desired candidate will have the following experience and education:

• Experience managing a production area, assemblies process
• Aerospace experience preferred
• Must have experience managing and supervising people
• Must be able to work in an organization that relies on team consensus decision-making
• Must have experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment
• Must be able to set goals and achieve them within the principles and culture of the company
• Professional degree
• Bilingual (80% English)

Additional requirements include:

• Experience in assemblies process for the aerospace industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Aerospace experience is required
• Visa and availability to travel to the USA
• Experience in engaging employees to focus on increasing productivity
• Lean Manufacturing experience
