Position Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Achieve or improved production metrics established. Leading, planning, monitoring,
  • Coach the production operators' activities according to demand, procedures, policies and systems.
  • Keep a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; and make sure to comply with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process,
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Development and Evaluation of Risk Analysis and ergonomic operations, equipment, and processes.
  • APQP process development (Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PC, and MSA).

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Use of STOP license as a tool for reporting/correcting unsafe behavior.
  • Leadership experience, developing and driving initiatives.
  • Experience preparing and delivering Manufacturing training.
  • In charge of at least three people who will report directly to you.
  • Good personnel management.
Requirements And Preferred Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience on a similar position
  • Industrial, electromechanical, mechanical, mechatronic, or chemical Engineering (Graduate) or bachelor's degree in related discipline
  • 80% bilingual English Spanish
