Job summary

Axiom is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor in Guadalajara Norte to support production teams and ensure smooth operations. The role focuses on transferring products, setting up new lines, and monitoring the daily plan.

You will manage staff, improve processes, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and 5S standards while rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic English required.
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
• Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience as a Production Supervisor in metalworking (desirable).
• Experience managing staff.
• Willingness to rotate shifts.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly machines & tools.
• Knowledge of production control systems (series, flows, traceability).
• Knowledge of 5S and ERP (Baan and Flex Flow) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle product transfer and new product set up.
• Monitor the daily production plan.

• End-to-end production processes responsibility.
• Bottleneck analysis.
• Hour-by-hour compliance.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara Norte. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Associate Production Supervisor’s role involves the following:

Typical day

• Handle product transfer and new product set up.
• Monitoring the daily production plan.
• Managing and developing staff.
• Responsible for end-to-end processes.
• Bottleneck analysis.
• Hour-by-hour compliance.
• Work order completion.
• Optimally manage company-provided resources (tools and mechanical assembly machinery, materials, and personnel) to ensure the production plan is met with safety, quality, and 5S standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• Basic English required.
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
• Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience as a Production Supervisor in the metalworking industry (desirable).
