YOUR ROLE

As a PC&L Supervisor on our team, you’ll ensure daily production planning based on established run policies.

In your daily job you will:

• Analyze requirements against orders to ensure the arrival of raw materials on time and in the correct quantity.
• Ensure raw material levels to comply with production policies.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to avoid raw material shortages, excess, and obsolete materials, and develop action plans.
• Represent and participate as part of PC&L in EOS processes.
• Follow up on engineering changes, transfers, and new projects.
• Ensure the supplier sends the necessary documentation to process raw material payments.
• Comply with work instructions and keep process metrics up to date.
• Ensure compliance with department KPIs as part of the team.
• Ensure material logistics from the request to its arrival at the plant.
• Supervise, support, and ensure the plant scrap process.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Fully bilingual
• +3 years of experience as a customer service representative/materials planner
• Knowledge of operating systems, quality, and safety
• Knowledge of IATF 16949
• Supply chain knowledge
