Corning Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will drive daily operational performance, develop personnel, and support continuous improvement initiatives, with emphasis on Lean tools and TPM principles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience on MMC Production lines.
• 2–4 years of experience leading and/or supervising personnel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise production personnel, drive team performance, and manage the overall administration of assigned staff.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, output, and business unit goals.
• Monitor production flow, resolve operational issues, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Promote a strong safety culture, ensure the training and certification of assigned personnel, and guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in core team and quality meetings to support plant objectives and metrics.
• Lead or participate in projects related to process improvement, productivity, and new product/process introductions.
