Reporting to the Production Manager, you as Production Superintendent will be responsible for supervise daily activities of a large production team to ensure that volume, cost, and quality targets are achieved. Input provided on the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement; identifies areas of improvement within the team. Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and training requirements to maximize productivity. Has accountability for the performance of the team.

Identifies areas for development and recommends way to improve processes. Leads any changes that affect the team processes.
Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point of contact.
Trains team members and provides input to performance reviews.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor or university degree.
Five to seven years of experience with at least two years at a supervisor level.
Supervisory skills.
Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
High attention to detail.
