Reporting to the Production Manager, you as Production Superintendent will be responsible for supervise daily activities of a large production team to ensure that volume, cost, and quality targets are achieved. Input provided on the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement; identifies areas of improvement within the team. Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and training requirements to maximize productivity. Has accountability for the performance of the team.

• Coaches and manages the daily work activities of a production team; has accountability for the performance of the team.

• Identifies areas for development and recommends way to improve processes. Leads any changes that affect the team processes.

• Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point of contact.

• Trains team members and provides input to performance reviews.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor or university degree.
