GRAMMER AG in Mexico is seeking a production coordinator to support daily production planning, monitor line meetings, and drive improvements on the shop floor.

You will capture material data in SAP, review productivity logs, manage staff training per the ILUO matrix, and ensure proper use of PPE. A technical/production background is required.

Formación

• Daily production planning review and execution.
• Track and escalate line issues and safety problems.
• Monitor line productivity and KPI updates.

Responsabilidades

• Review with supervisor information from the daily production plan.
• Check that 5-minute meetings are carried out on each production line.
• Review and/or capture material data in the SAP system.
• Daily productivity log review.
• Manage staff training and ensure ILUO matrix alignment; update KPI boards.
• Ensure PPE is worn according to area requirements.
