As a Production Scheduler at Honeywell, you will support the global supply chain network by gathering and managing information about our capacity to meet customer demand.

In this role, you will support and improve the supply chain planning and execution process within the business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory and replenishment planning, and resolution of supply chain issues.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze demand and supply balance and recommend schedule changes.
  2. Monitor manufacturing performance and evaluate results against the master production schedule.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and execute production plans.
  4. Participate in monthly supply review meetings to approve production plans and discuss mitigation plans.
  5. Contribute to the development of the production planning process and identify areas for improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Relevant experience in a similar field.
  • Strong traits aligned with the role.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP/MPS, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP.
  • APICS or CPIM Certification.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to solve complex organizational problems.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Experience leading or driving change.
