Donaldson Company in Aguascalientes, Mexico, seeks a Production Planning Supervisor to supervise and coordinate production planning and scheduling to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.

Responsibilities include balancing demand with inventory, developing efficient production plans, optimizing inventories, coordinating resources to minimize disruptions, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations through effective planning.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in demand, capacity, and inventory analysis.
• ERP knowledge, preferably Oracle.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate conversational English.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
