Güntner Group is hiring a Production Planner Jr to support material planning and weekly production scheduling at our Apodaca site. You will coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth sequencing and on-time delivery.

Requirements include a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field, 1–2 years in planning, and advanced English. Proficiency in SAP/ERP and strong Excel skills are preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years in production or materials planning in manufacturing, metalworking, automotive, refrigeration, or related industries.
• Advanced English proficiency; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems; intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze demand, inventory levels, and open orders to support weekly production planning.
• Follow up on material coverage and availability.
• Maintain accurate planning master data.

Job Title: Production Planner Jr

Location: Parque Industrial Stiva, Rogelio González Caballero, Apodaca, N.L.

Role Objective

Support the planning of manufactured components by assisting in the distribution of workloads across production lines to meet demand, in close coordination with the planning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute material planning using the MRP system.
• Analyze demand, inventory levels, and open orders to support weekly production planning.
• Follow up on material coverage and availability.
• Maintain accurate planning master data.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring production sequencing.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years in production or materials planning in manufacturing, metalworking, automotive, refrigeration, or related industries.
