Güntner in Apodaca, NL, Mexico, is seeking a junior Production Planner to support material planning across production lines. The role collaborates with purchasing, warehouse and production teams to ensure on-time manufacturing of components.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, has 1–2 years in planning, and demonstrates advanced English skills with SAP/Excel proficiency.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in production or materials planning in manufacturing or related industries.
• Advanced English proficiency; SAP or similar ERP experience; Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute material planning using the MRP system.
• Analyze demand, inventory levels, and open orders to support weekly production planning.
• Follow up on material coverage and availability.
• Maintain accurate planning master data.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring production sequencing.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.

Role Objective

Support the planning of manufactured components by assisting in the distribution of workloads across production lines to meet demand, in close coordination with the planning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute material planning using the MRP system.
• Analyze demand, inventory levels, and open orders to support weekly production planning.
• Follow up on material coverage and availability.
• Maintain accurate planning master data.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring production sequencing.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in production or materials planning in manufacturing, metalworking, automotive, refrigeration, or related industries.
• Language: Advance English proficiency.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems; intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
