Schlumberger Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Planner to develop and manage integrated production schedules for oil and gas operations. You will coordinate across production, operations, finance, contracts, logistics, and engineering to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery.

The role requires a strong background in project management, KPI development, and strategic planning, with leadership by influence and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and manage integrated production schedules for Oil & Gas operations.
  • Coordinate activities across Production, Operations, Finance, Contracts, Logistics, and Engineering.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, scope, risks, resources, and schedules.
  • Monitor operational progress and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Support short-, medium-, and long-term production planning strategies.
  • Integrate production, reservoir, and financial data to support decision-making.
  • Develop and track operational KPIs and performance reports.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through collaboration, influence, and effective communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage integrated production schedules for Oil & Gas operations.
  • Coordinate activities across Production, Operations, Finance, Contracts, Logistics, and Engineering.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, scope, risks, resources, and schedules.
  • Monitor operational progress and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Support short-, medium-, and long-term production planning strategies.
  • Integrate production, reservoir, and financial data to support decision-making.
  • Develop and track operational KPIs and performance reports.

Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas production operations.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production planning and operational scheduling.
  • Proven experience in budget management, risk assessment, and project scope control.
  • Strong knowledge of production operations, reservoir concepts, and financial drivers within the petroleum industry.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
Technical Skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools.
  • Project management and strategic planning methodologies.
  • KPI development and performance monitoring.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Leadership through influence and collaboration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
