SLB is seeking an experienced Production Planner for Villahermosa to develop and manage integrated schedules for Oil & Gas operations. You will coordinate across multiple functions including Production, Operations, Finance, Contracts, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 8+ years in oil & gas production with 3-5 years in planning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline.
• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas production operations.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning and operational scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas production operations.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning and operational scheduling.
• Proven experience in budget management, risk assessment, and project scope control.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, reservoir concepts, and financial drivers within the petroleum industry.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools.
• Project management and strategic planning methodologies.
