Job summary

Alstom in Ciudad Sahagún is seeking a skilled Production Planner to drive production schedules and optimize manufacturing performance.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement and logistics, apply lean methods, and mentor team members to deliver on-time, quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, production scheduling tools, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and process improvement methodologies.
• Conversational English and Excel.

• Develop and optimize scalable production schedules to meet project demands and adapt to changing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless workflow integration.
