Alstom is seeking a Site Tender Procurement Buyer in Ciudad Sahagun, Hidalgo, to drive procurement activities for site tenders and ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing of materials and services for rail projects.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and design teams to align strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor processes for compliance and quality in a safety-critical industry.
