ABB in Mexico is seeking a Production Engineering Manager to optimize assembly methods, processes, and equipment, reducing labor hours while meeting quality, cost, and safety targets. The role requires defining work phases for new production processes to achieve cost and equipment investment goals.

On-site work model and strong cross-functional collaboration are expected. You will identify improvement opportunities, approve internal/external process designs, and support start-ups with training

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 4 years in manufacturing industries with CNC machining experience.
• Experience with SAP/ERP, Office suite, and CAD tools like AutoCAD or Solid is preferred.
• Green belt certification and ISO 9001 internal auditor is valued.
• Strong Spanish communication; English fluency is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement improvement opportunities in production processes.
• Approve process designs and perform final tests for projects.
• Support Production during internal/external start-ups and training of maintenance and production resources.
• Evaluate new process technologies and lead testing activities and supplier selections.
