Valeo is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Mexico. The role involves performing production operations, supplying materials to the workstation, and ensuring quality control at machine entry and exit.

The position requires adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards and participation in daily/monthly meetings. You may also participate in process improvements and relate to tool changes, with potential partial replacement of higher-qualified tasks as

Formación

• Level 1 checks operating and safety status of production installations and equipment.
• Maintain 5S standards for the position.
• Participate in daily and monthly meetings and training.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out one or more production operations in compliance with defined standards.
• Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items, and small equipment, checking conformity.
• Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts.
• Isolate defective products and alert as needed.
• Participate in improvement projects and support maintenance tasks.
