Job Description Summary:

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for manufacturing Coca-Cola products, material handling, shipping, receiving, filling packaging machines, and loading/unloading products. This entry-level role puts you on the front lines of our success. We seek candidates with keen attention to detail and pride in their work quality.

What You’ll Do for Us

1. Ensure efficient operation of case forming, case packing, labeling, and all downstream equipment.
2. Perform package quality checks and maintain accurate records and logs.
3. Work directly with maintenance personnel, line personnel, and management to troubleshoot and maximize production efficiencies.
4. Troubleshoot and correct machinery or quality issues.
5. Prepare all equipment used in manufacturing for smooth, sanitary, and safe operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Certification on training plan for this position within 6 months of start date.
3. Ability to read, write, and speak English.
4. Working knowledge of production environment and machinery.
5. Attention to detail and ability to visually identify material defects.
6. Computer literacy and strong mechanical aptitude.
7. Ability to use common hand tools and small power tools.
8. Good math and communication skills.
9. Flexibility to work any shift in a 24/5 operation with little notice.
10. Team player willing to rotate positions as needed.
11. Participation in job development and cross-training on all equipment.
