• Strong understanding of reservoir behavior and its impact on production.
• Proficiency in production data analysis software and relevant industry tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage resources and personnel in a field operations context.
• Experience working in hybrid work environments and strong remote collaboration capabilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing operations in Oaxaca and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
