The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and 3+ years' experience in production planning, inventory control, or operations management. Proficiency with SAP/Oracle and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or operations management.
• Strong understanding of production planning methodologies and inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning software.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-department work.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to meet demand forecasts and operational goals.
• Monitor production progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams for optimal stock.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align capacity with market demand.
• Implement and improve planning systems using ERP and other software.
• Generate reports on production performance, inventory status, and capacity utilization.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in planning and control processes.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand capacity constraints.
• Support the forecasting process by providing historical data and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures in all planning activities.
