Formación

• 10+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience with manufacturing systems in metalmechanic/automotive processes.
• Familiarity with BOMs and blueprint interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Safety, Hygiene, and Quality in assigned areas.
• Manage information systems and inventory.
• Supervise, train, and support direct production staff.

Conocimientos

Leadership and decision-making confidence

Personnel management and conflict resolution

Proficiency in MS Office

English (85% to 90%)

Lean Manufacturing tools (VSM, Kaizen, etc.)

Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies

Educación

Degree in Engineering or Industrial Administration
