What you´ll do

1. Set vision, directions, and create a master plan for the operations based on the Site CBN.
2. Lead and coach the operations team for the site.
3. Responsible for cross-functional coordination to evaluate production process needs, resolve problems, remove obstacles, provide resources, and reset direction if needed.
4. Develop the operations lead team according to the respective skill matrices.
5. Implement, manage, control, and follow through on all parts of key investment projects and new manufacturing capacities and capabilities.
6. Apply and coach the SIM process in operations to create and run to standards.
7. Participate in the most difficult problem solving on chronic losses.
8. Implement the production strategy at the site.
9. Ensure high operating standards are maintained at all times.
10. Set goals and metrics for all aspects of the operation, ensuring they are met and performance is effectively measured on a routine monthly basis.
11. Manage and follow up on operating budgets for labor and capital expenditures, aligned with the site’s short and long-term master plans.
12. Provide support and resolve conflicts to enable the team to perform their tasks effectively.
13. Maintain compliance at the site through continuous improvement efforts focused on technology, people, and processes.
