Una empresa reconocida en el sector manufacturero busca un Responsable de Producción para liderar su equipo y garantizar el cumplimiento de indicadores clave. El candidato ideal debe tener una formación en ingeniería, experiencia en la industria y habilidades sobresalientes en liderazgo y resolución de problemas.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Demonstrated excellent employee and customer relations.
• Experience in coordinating with different departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the production team to achieve production and quality objectives.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction.
• Monitor achievement of KPIs and targets.

Descripción del empleo

Responsible for leading the production team (Supervisors and operators) to achieve all the objectives of the main indicators required and ensure that they are met according to EHS, Quality and Corporate standards.

Is responsible for developing and leading continuous improvement initiatives to meet the required annual cost reductions, ensuring at all times that the plant is prepared for any future challenges that may arise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

●Responsible for timely delivery of production in terms of the agreed turnaround time and quality

●Set and maintain process flows, lead continuous improvement actions

●Improve production costs, delivery, productivity and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

●Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, Dashboards and targets.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

●Engineering in any field and master's degree preferred.

●Previous experience coordinating efforts with other areas to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
