TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a production machine operator in Hermosillo, Sonora, to set up and run production machines according to blueprints. You will align attachments, perform deburring and cleaning, and ensure output meets quality standards.

The role requires interpreting engineering diagrams, setting up equipment, and conducting quality checks with attention to detail. A high school diploma is expected, with vocational training or AA degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and other design documents to develop prototype models and toolpaths.
• Setting up and operating machining equipment to meet specifications.
• Performing deburring, cleaning, sanding, setting up, and troubleshooting the operation and flow of processes.
• Conducting quality checks to identify defects and document results.

Job Overview

Sets up and operates production machines as per the blueprint and aligns the attachments and accessories to conform with the requirements and specifications.

Job Requirements

• Interpreting blueprints, diagrams, engineering diagrams, and other design documents to develop prototype models, creating toolpaths from models, and operating machining equipment.
• Performing various tasks like deburring, cleaning, sanding, setting up, operating the machining equipment, and troubleshooting the operation and flow issues.
• Following the standard operating procedures, meeting the specified quality and productivity standards, and documenting time and production quantity records.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure they meet quality standards, identifying defects, and completing appropriate documentation.

What your background should look like

Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
