The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma; you will diagnose molding issues, perform preventive maintenance, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines to support production goals.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate machines and tools to perform various manufacturing or molding operations and maintain them to adhere to quality standards.
• Monitor production machine equipment, set up machines, operate per schedule, and write/modify machine programs.
• Diagnose molding problems and propose fixes; create prototypes to check mold effectiveness; perform precision corrections as per dimensions.
• Facilitate repair and preventive maintenance; track required paperwork and downtime; escalate issues to supervisors.
• Insert, change, and maintain mold tools as required; follow safety guidelines, company and department guidelines, and regulatory policies.

Job Overview

Sets up and operates machines and tools to perform various manufacturing or molding operations and maintains them to adhere to quality standards.

Job Requirements

Monitoring the production machine equipment, setting up the machine, operating the machines as per the schedule, and writing/modifying the machine programs.
Diagnosing the molding problems, giving suggestions to rectify them, creating prototypes to check the effectiveness of the molds, and doing precision corrections as per the dimensions.
Facilitating the repair and preventive maintenance processes, monitoring the required paperwork, tracking the mechanical downtime, and escalating it to the supervisors.
Inserting, changing, and maintaining the mold tool when required, following safety guidelines, company and department guidelines, and regulatory policies and procedures.
