Hunter Douglas is seeking an experienced Line Manager to supervise and lead a production team in our Juárez facility. The role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting delivery schedules.

You will collaborate with planning to optimize resources, drive continuous improvement, and sustain accurate production records. The ideal candidate has several years in production with leadership, strong Excel and SAP skills, and deep knowledge of quality and safety standards.

Formación

• Several years of experience in production roles with leadership experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and SAP knowledge.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, guide, and lead production workers, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Motivate and empower the team to reach production goals.
• Collaborate with production planning to create schedules meeting demand and optimize resources.
• Monitor processes and outcomes; implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain production records and provide progress updates to management.
• Oversee equipment maintenance programs and coordinate repairs.
