A leading technology manufacturer in Tijuana is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production line operations, manage a team, and ensure quality compliance. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor's degree and over 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in television production. Proficiency in office software and fluent English communication is essential. This role involves formulating work plans, coordinating schedules, and implementing safety protocols to maintain a secure production environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in television manufacturing.
• Fluent in English communication and writing.
• Proficient in office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Formulate weekly work plans and targets for the production line.
• Coordinate production schedules and resolve issues.
• Manage production team members for efficiency and quality.
• Provide training to enhance team members' competence.
• Ensure product quality stability and improvement.
• Manage safety protocols throughout the manufacturing process.
• Regularly report work progress and handle ad hoc matters.
