In this role, you will support the Client Success team in building ad mockups, create advertising media, and produce design assets. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in design and experience in the field, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. This position promises an opportunity to contribute to meaningful campaigns addressing healthcare challenges.

Role Description:

As a Production Designer at Sermo, you will be part of the creative team ensuring campaign success within the Sermo platform for all clients. You will create design concepts following brand guidelines and support the client success team in the development of ad campaigns. Always committed to creatively meet client needs.

Working along with the Design Manager and Creative Director, you will also offer support on the creation and execution of marketing communication materials – infographics, internal communication materials, marketing collateral, etc.

Key Deliverables of the Role:

• Support and collaborate with the Client Success team on building ad mockups for clients on our platform
• Create supporting advertising media for the Marketing team (e.g., banner ads, infographics)
• Produce design assets for different types of channels
• Ensure quality and adherence to graphic and branding standards
  
  

Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:

• 1- 3 years of experience in design, advertising or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic/digital design or information design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Knowledge of design principles and methods
• Ability to interpret and effectively apply brand guidelines
• Must be familiar with current design trends and have fundamental understanding of web based / digital technologies
• Portfolio of creative work
• A natural sense of design and composition

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
• Figma
• Experience with HTML & CSS a plus
