Corning Inc. in Reynosa, MX, is seeking a Product Line Associate to support lifecycle management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across commercial, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operations.

You will help ensure profitable product line performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in relevant roles, with strong analytical, Excel/Power BI skills, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in product management, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or related functions.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation to derive insights.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tool proficiency.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and cross-functional teamwork across matrix organizations.

Responsabilités

• Support product lifecycle management including launches, sustaining activities and changes.
• Consolidate data, prepare reports, and track key actions and deliverables.
• Gather market intelligence, competitive info, and customer feedback for positioning.
• Analyze demand patterns, forecast trends, backlog, and capacity needs.
• Coordinate updates to product docs, presentations, literature, and internal comms.
• Assist pricing requests, availability inquiries, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with Commercial to maintain product value propositions and messaging.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement to optimize costs and lead times.
• Coordinate product training and provide first-level Customer Care support.
• Support resolution of product, quality, and service issues with cross-functional teams.
