A leading biotechnology firm in Mexico City seeks a candidate to generate clinical demand for its biomarkers portfolio across LATAM. Responsibilities include supporting sales, conducting training, and collaborating on project development. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Biochemistry or related fields, and proficiency in English and Spanish. Travel availability within LATAM is required. This role offers a standard work week in an office environment.

Formación

  • Graduate or equivalent in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related.
  • Master's or PhD in health sciences preferred.
  • Availability for travel within LATAM.

Responsabilidades

How will you make an impact? (Objective)

Generate clinical demand for all our biomarkers portfolio, specifically for the PCT Biomarker license partner across LATAM region.

What will you do? (Responsibilities)

  • Support direct sales by generating clinical demand for our tests with physicians, patients, and laboratory technicians. Understand our customer’s business and analytical needs.

  • Support installations, trainings, and after-sales support to end customers, distributors, and license partners.

  • Capture new opportunities.

  • Collaborate in cross-functional groups including product management, product marketing, vertical marketing, and R&D on new development projects.

  • Provide scientific expertise to guide strategic teamwork with KOLs.

  • Address challenges proactively and provide regular feedback to the commercial and demand generation teams.

  • Develop sales training material to educate our sales force and demonstrate applications that lead to commercial success.

  • Present Thermo Fisher Scientific products and application solutions at meetings, conferences, and seminars.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Medicine, Parasitology, Infectology or related

  • Highly preferred Master Degree/ PhD in health sciences

  • Excellent interpersonal skills at a scientific level – verbal and written

  • Eager to keep studying and learning

  • Competent level of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Travel availability within Latam (60% )
