Formación

• 10 years of experience with electrical protection and automation systems.
• Experience working with electrical substations and managing teams.

Your Tasks and responsibilities

1. Defines the strategic development and lifecycle of the assigned product, solution and/or service portfolio, in line with the given strategy of the business.
2. Proposes function or unit related budgets, e.g. R&D budget distribution, strategic targets, etc.
3. Defines and allocates resources for Product Portfolio Management.
4. Ensures constant observation of relevant markets (competitor activities, portfolio gaps, demand and supply conditions, standards and regulations within target markets, etc.).
5. Initiates analyses and decision proposals for Product & Product Portfolio Management Head.
6. Manages organization unit(s) assigned and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.

Your qualifications:

1. Electrical engineering or similar background
2. Fluent English
3. 10 years of experience with electrical protection and automation systems
4. Experience working with electrical substations
5. Experience as team leader and team manager
6. Experience working with projects
