Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You’ll bridge warehouse operations and technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own backlog, lead API integrations (REST/SOAP, EDI) with ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end flow testing. A strong background in WMS configuration and SQL is essential.

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
