AgileEngine is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning business logic and specifications behind it. You will translate complex requirements into precise specs for AI-assisted development and ensure alignment across enterprise clients.

In this role you will manage the backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions while maintaining a strong technical understanding of web-based systems

Qualifications

4+ years in Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Experience delivering Agile/Scrum web software, APIs, batch integrations, and real-time events.
Strong ability to translate complex business logic into precise specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for the loyalty platform.
Translate complex requirements into precise specs for automated/AI-driven development.
Manage product backlog, priorities, and milestones.
Collaborate to address challenges and keep development on track.
Provide progress visibility across releases and major milestones.
