Job summary

Qualifications
- 4+ years in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems.
- Ability to translate concepts into precise written specifications for business and tech teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the loyalty platform.
- Translate complex business requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated and AI-assisted development.
- Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and objectives.
- Identify and address challenges during the product development lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
- Provide mechanisms to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
- Share vision and gain buy-in from business and technical stakeholders at various levels.
- Own and evolve the platform's business logic to guide technical and business decisions.
