MSCI Inc. in Monterrey is seeking a Product Operations & Governance Manager within the Private Assets COO organization to build scalable operating models, governance, and execution discipline that move ideas to market with speed and accuracy.

You will work across Product, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Marketing, Coverage, and Business Technology to improve transparency for leaders and ensure critical initiatives are delivered.

Formación

• Experience in Product Operations, PM, or Program Management within financial services or private markets.
• Ability to design, document, and improve scalable business processes.
• Strong stakeholder and governance capabilities with senior leadership interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Product operating model and governance framework.
• Ensure stage gates, processes, and decision-making are followed.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, PM, Finance, Marketing, and Tech to deliver initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and governance docs; onboard and train teams.
• Drive dashboards, reporting, and execution health across the portfolio.
