MSCI is seeking a Product Operations & Governance Manager for its Private Assets COO organization in Monterrey. You’ll shape the operating engine behind a fast-growing business, building governance, SOPs, and execution discipline to move ideas to market with speed and accountability.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Marketing, and Tech to improve transparency and governance, ensuring initiatives are delivered with measurable impact.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of professional experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program/Business Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Product Discovery (JPD) or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Product operating model, governance framework, and execution standards.
• Ensure governance processes and decision-making frameworks are followed.
• Build a scalable operating model to support Private Assets growth.
