Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a Mechanical Resident Engineer in our Ciudad Juárez plant to lead design-related problem solving and risk assessments for assigned projects. You will collaborate on process improvements to reduce scrap and downtime, and support tooling and supplier issues to ensure steady line performance.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Mechanical engineering and have 3–4 years of similar experience, with strong GD&T, drawing interpretation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design related problem solving activities and risk assessments for plant projects.
• Work on improvement projects as an extended resource to reduce scrap, downtime, and improve line utilization.
• Support plant and supplier issues such as tooling replacement and evaluation of local mechanical components.
