Job Description

Partners with Latin America (LAD) customers in Mexico, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services, including discovery, design, and deployment.

Engages with strategic LAD customers, builds leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations to design and implement solutions. Works directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions. May implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting. Demonstrates product/application understanding through highly customized presentation demonstrations to customers, at conferences, and events. Supports customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations). Serves as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Identifies gaps and influences engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features. Acts as a leading contributor and may provide guidance and mentoring to others. Work is complex and non-routine, involving advanced technical and business skills. May interact with C-level executives. Maintains expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with computer applications and tools.
• Ability to travel 50% domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of industry and competitive landscape in computer applications and tools.
• Experience in system and application design, implementation of advanced product features, and project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills in technical environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and consultative solutioning experience.
