The Product Manager is responsible for leading the commercial strategy of the products of the therapeutic area under his charge. Its main purpose is to develop, implement and ensure compliance with the product strategy in charge to achieve annual sales objectives, while keeping the operating margin aligned with the corporate strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the brand and manage the product life cycle from launch, ensuring a competitive and sustainable positioning.
  • Business Plan: definition and implementation of objectives and key performance indicators in collaboration with the cross-functional team
  • Development and implementation of the Annual Brand Plan, as well as commercial planning, brand positioning, life cycle management, product growth opportunities, the Long-Range Plan, demand planning, identification of risks and opportunities and the correct allocation of resources for the different activities of the company strategy.
  • Market analysis using tools such as market audits, market research and field information, to identify pain points and unmet needs of the different stakeholders involved in the patient/customer journey (doctors, patients, administrators) to transform them into valuable insights.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the strategy in the field by working together with the Sales Force, making adjustments in a timely manner to meet market needs and/or maintain competitiveness in the market
  • Accelerate private and public access to the products under your responsibility in collaboration with the cross-functional team
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative, chemical-biological, health or related careers.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry with experience in high specialty with innovative and high-cost products
  • Experience in launching highly specialized products in the private market with a focus on the insurance sector and health administrators and in the public market under the specific patient process
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the health system and the market access process, as well as the public market procurement process (IMSS & ISSSTE)
  • Experience handling market data (primary and secondary) transforming it into valuable information for strategic decision-making. Handling audits such as IQVIA and INEFAM
  • Advanced English
