Technical Program Manager for Ford Pro Insure will facilitate teams to meet commitments and successfully deliver high-quality products and new features.
The role involves:
- Working with product and technology teams focused on the delivery pipeline.
- Serving the teams and larger organization with leadership rooted in trust, transparency, and kindness.
- Ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery of functionality and data through systems and tools.
- Organizing, driving, improving, and analyzing insights into the developed technology while building cross-functional relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Keeping projects on schedule, on spec, and on a growth trajectory.
- Identifying process improvements and recommending workflow optimizations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and teams across Ford Credit.

Required Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years as a Technical Program Manager in software solutions.
- P&C Insurance industry experience.
- Knowledge of insurance software (Origami, Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, EIS).
- SAFe or relevant certifications.
- Experience with complex tech stacks and teams, including QE manual and automation.
- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, deployments, release train management.
- Managing distributed Scrum teams and products.
- Proficiency in JIRA and JQL.
- Understanding of GCP services and APIs is preferred.
- Familiarity with various development methodologies and ALM processes.
- Problem-solving skills and quick grasp of business and tech concepts.
- Developer experience is highly desired.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar tools.
