Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Definition: Identify user scenarios and product needs through in-depth research on local consumers, competitors, and market trends. Identify and validate key success factors for products in the Mexican market.
  2. Product Marketing: Identify and define key hardware and software selling points. Work cross-functionally with GTM, branding, retail, and training teams to design localized marketing strategies and plan execution. Deliver core product documents and promotional assets that support product positioning and business success.
  3. Country Enablement & Product Performance Review: Support country and regional teams in managing the full product lifecycle. Monitor product performance, gather user and market feedback, and drive continuous optimization.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in smartphone-related product roles.
  • Strong user-centric and market-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and solve problems based on real-world market conditions.
  • Good team player with strong work ethic, fast learner, attention to detail.
  • A PMP certificate is preferred.
  • Spanish native speaker and fluent in English.
