Your key responsibilities:

1. Product Definition

  • Identify user scenarios and product needs through in-depth research on local consumers, competitors, and market trends.
  • Identify and validate key success factors for products in the Mexican market.

2. Product Marketing

  • Identify and define key hardware and software selling points.
  • Based on a user-oriented approach, work cross-functionally with GTM (Go to Market), branding, retail, and training teams to design localized marketing strategies and plan execution.
  • Deliver core product documents and promotional assets that support product positioning and business success.

3. Country Enablement & Product Performance Review

  • Support country and regional teams in managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user and market feedback, and drive continuous optimization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in smartphone-related product roles.
  • Strong user-centric and market-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and solve problems based on real-world market conditions.
  • Good team player with strong work ethic, fast learner, attention to detail.
  • Spanish Native speaker and fluent in English.
