Atos is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI-powered, ServiceNow–based offerings, based in Mexico. You will lead strategy at the intersection of AI innovation, product engineering, and enterprise transformation, shaping platform capabilities and reusable IP.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and CTO leadership to create market-leading solutions, drive commercial success, and deliver measurable business outcomes across industries.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager – AI Platforms & Agentic Solutions. This is not a traditional Product Management role. We are looking for a strategic product leader, innovator, and builder who can identify emerging market opportunities, transform cutting-edge AI capabilities into differentiated products and offerings, and help define the future of ServiceNow-powered enterprise transformation.

Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Delivery, Sales, Alliances, GTM, and CTO leadership, you will develop market-leading products and solutions that create measurable business outcomes and competitive differentiation.

Your Mission Lead the strategy, productization, and commercialization of AI-powered products, platforms, accelerators, and industry solutions built on ServiceNow and the broader AI ecosystem. You will identify opportunities where AI, automation, workflows, data, integrations, and experience design can be combined to create scalable solutions that customers trust, adopt, and derive measurable value from. You will help create reusable intellectual property that differentiates Atos in the market while accelerating customer outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Platform Strategy

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered offerings and platform capabilities.


• Identify emerging market opportunities and convert them into commercially viable products.


• Develop industry-specific solutions and reusable intellectual property.


• Drive prioritization and investment decisions based on customer value, market opportunity, and business impact.


• Think in terms of platforms, ecosystems, and reusable capabilities rather than individual features.


• Balance near-term customer outcomes with long-term platform differentiation.

AI Innovation & Product Engineering

• Stay at the forefront of Generative AI, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, enterprise copilots, intelligent automation, and multi-agent systems.


• Rapidly validate ideas through experimentation, prototyping, and customer engagement.


• Work closely with engineering teams to assess feasibility, challenge assumptions, and accelerate innovation.


• Translate emerging AI capabilities into enterprise-grade products and services.


• Help shape platform capabilities around orchestration, memory, context management, governance, integrations, and autonomous execution.

Product & Offering Development

• Develop solution blueprints, accelerators, frameworks, reference architectures, and reusable assets.


• Productize innovation into repeatable offerings that deliver measurable outcomes.


• Establish standards for scalability, governance, security, and value realization.


• Continuously evolve products based on market feedback, adoption patterns, and technology trends.

Commercial Success & Value Creation

• Partner with Sales, GTM, Alliances, and Delivery teams to develop business cases, value propositions, demonstrations, and sales assets.


• Support strategic pursuits, executive workshops, solution shaping, and customer engagements.


• Create compelling narratives that connect innovation to measurable business outcomes.


• Contribute to thought leadership and industry positioning.

Human-Centered Innovation

• Champion consumer-grade enterprise experiences and human-centered design principles.


• Ensure solutions balance automation, intelligence, trust, usability, and adoption.


• Place customer outcomes and business value at the center of product decisions.
