Franke is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the product portfolio across its Foodservice Systems division. You will identify margin and harmonization opportunities, drive market launches, and manage lifecycle from concept through phase-out.

Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain will be essential for success. You will translate market needs into concrete product requirements, lead pricing and promotional strategies, and contribute to the go-to-market

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Portfolio Management.
• Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and GTM activities.
• Experience managing full product lifecycle including launch, growth, maintenance and phase-out.
• Knowledge of Market Research methodologies and competitive analysis.
• Experience developing product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain).
• Strong analytical skills with KPI and product performance tracking.
• Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage product portfolio including concept, requirements, positioning and pricing.
• Create market launch plans and lead launches.
• Coordinate market insights from market organizations and idea generation.
• Handle lifecycle management and phase-out for portfolio products.
• Support go-to-market strategies for the US business.
• Lead trade and end-user marketing activities for portfolio.
• Translate market needs into competitive product requirements.
