Franke LLC, a leading provider in kitchen and foodservice systems, seeks a Compliance Engineer to manage product compliance activities with UL, NSF, ETL, and other agencies. You will guide engineering teams to ensure regulatory conformity and certifications across local and international standards.

You will coordinate testing, document control, and third‑party audits, while maintaining strong relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5–7 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory engineering, certification processes, or related technical roles.
• Experience with regulatory agencies such as UL, NSF, ETL, Ansul, or similar bodies.
• Strong background in applying local, national, and international compliance standards.
• Prior experience supporting third‑party regulatory audits and maintaining product listings or certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage product compliance activity and relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure equipment meets standards and certifications.
• Initiate submittal packages with scope, drawings, documents, BOMs, etc.
• Schedule and track testing with agencies and maintain documentation.
• Represent the department in industry and trade associations and standards committees.
