About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for data-driven experimentation and user experience optimization. In this role, you'll focus on driving growth across critical user journeys like search, e-commerce, and booking flows.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that directly influence user engagement and conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product initiatives focused on growth, user acquisition, and conversion optimization
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and improve user flows
  • Leverage tools likeAmplitude,Mixpanel, orGoogle Analyticsto derive insights and define KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align goals and prioritize impactful projects
  • Own the roadmap for e-commerce, search, and/or booking flows
  • Communicate product strategies and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Drive continuous improvement in UX through iterative releases and feedback loops
Must Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably ingrowth,e-commerce,search, orbooking experiences
  • Demonstrated success in planning and deliveringA/B teststhat produced measurable business results
  • Strong analytical mindset; proficient in using product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Comfortable leading initiatives of varying scope and complexity
  • Experience working inagile environmentsand cross-functional teams
