GM Financial in Mexico is seeking a Product Manager for GM Protection Mexico to own end-to-end management of the Protection product portfolio, including Extended Warranty and future protection offerings. You will drive strategy, research, design, pricing, and go-to-market execution to strengthen customer retention and dealer engagement.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Actuarial, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate market opportunities into differentiated protection solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management.
• Experience with protection products, warranties or insurance is preferred.
• Ability to lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic roadmap for GM Protection Mexico products.
• Conduct research to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Define product scope, benefits, eligibility, and communications.
• Coordinate pricing, profitability analysis, regulatory adherence, and launch readiness.
• Champion customer experience across the product ecosystem.
• Map customer and dealer journeys and identify pain points.
• Monitor KPIs and present recommendations to leadership.
• Support cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal and IT.
