nVent is seeking a Voice of Customer & Market Insight Lead in Monterrey to translate field feedback into powerful product requirements for power connectors and related accessories. You will drive new product development, manage pricing, lifecycle and market introduction with a global PM team, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure success.

Formación

• Experience in product marketing or product management in industrial/electrical sectors.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead VOC program to gather feedback from contractors, OEMs, utilities and distributors.
• Translate feedback into clear product requirements for power connectors.
• Manage product life cycle, from development to launch, with cost and delivery targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance and global PMs to drive go-to-market plans.
• Develop technical collateral and training materials.
